How AI shows up here, and what it never replaces.

Anywhere you see "Generated by SoliVana AI," you're reading an output produced by a large language model trained on the published CBT-I literature. Treat it the way you'd treat a knowledgeable friend who is not your doctor: useful for context, not for diagnosis.

What AI does here

  • Translates your sleep log patterns into plain language.
  • Suggests which CBT-I component to emphasize next, based on your weekly efficiency.
  • Adapts the audio protocol to wearable-detected sleep stage.

What AI does not do

  • It does not diagnose insomnia disorder, sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, or any other condition.
  • It does not prescribe medication.
  • It does not replace a sleep specialist for severe or persistent symptoms.

Health framing

We describe sleep patterns and CBT-I practices in educational terms. You'll never see "treats your insomnia" or "cures your sleep disorder." The language is intentional. Words like "treats" and "cures" require FDA clearance we do not hold for this product.

When to escalate

Loud snoring, witnessed apneas, daytime sleep attacks, or symptoms that persist beyond eight weeks of consistent CBT-I practice should be evaluated by a sleep specialist. We're glad to keep you company on the journey, but we are not the destination.
